Betsy Moschella

Betsy returned to Western Massachusetts in 2019 after spending more than 40 years in Human Resources, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Originally from Greenfield, she and her husband were thrilled to come back to a region they’ve always loved after many years in New Jersey.

Betsy is the proud parent of three grown daughters and a joyful grandparent to three grandchildren under age five, with another on the way. She has a deep love for children and young people and previously volunteered with the Department of Children and Families as a community volunteer. Seeking more direct, relationship-centered work, she found a perfect fit with It Takes a Village.
