Village Closet Requests

Request Guidelines

The request form below is for partner agency representatives and caseworkers only
Please only request items and clothing sizes needed for the next 6 MONTHS
Include as much information as possible so our team can collect the right items
Requests may take up to 30 days to complete
Families will get items faster if you can come shop for them at the Free Store Huntington. We have dedicated partner agency shopping hours in addition to our public hours.
Deliveries are available in Hampshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Berkshire Counties for families lacking transportation, but additional lead time may be needed as our Transport Heroes are volunteers.

Commonly Requested Items

Clothing (sizes preemie through teen, plus maternity and nursing clothing)
Outerwear (coats, shoes, boots, snow gear)
Layette – hats, socks, swaddles, sleep sacks, receiving blankets, burp cloths
Strollers, Car seats (infant/bucket seat, convertible/toddler seat, booster seat)
High chairs, baby seats, baby swings, walkers
Pack n’ Plays, Bassinettes, co-sleepers, crib sheets, blankets
Feeding supplies – bottles, nipples, breast pumps and accessories
Toys (infant through early elementary)
Books (infant through teen/YA)
Diapers (disposable and cloth), wipes
Menstrual supplies
