Workforce Training

We are proud to partner with the Gateway Regional Life Skills Program, HEC Academy (Collaborative for Educational Services), Viability, Sunshine Village, as well as MassHire YouthWorks.

Differently-abled students and young adults help with tasks at the Village Closet Family Resource Center & the Free Store within our local school district.

By engaging in our community and building  valuable work skills, it helps to increase their access to future employment. Our strong partnerships increase equity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities, and strengthen our community as a whole.
