This on-site position supports the client-facing programs, executive director, fundraising and outreach. The Administrative Assistant works on organizational projects to ensure accurate record-keeping and consistent and efficient communication with clients, staff, volunteers, and donors.

Approximately 15 hours per week.

Starting wage is $16.50/hour

Multilingual Village Closet Associate

This part-time, on-site role is at It Takes a Village (Village Closet location) in Huntington, MA. The Village Closet team is responsible for assisting clients, organizing inventory, processing intake forms, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

The Village Closet staff work Sundays and Mondays 9:30am-2:30pm, Tuesdays from 4:00-7:30pm, and other occasional weekdays during school hours.

Approximately 5-15 hours a week.

Starting wage is $16.00/hour

Relevant Skills:

Ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly preferred (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole or others).
