Multilingual Village Closet Associate
This part-time, on-site role is at It Takes a Village (Village Closet location) in Huntington, MA. The Village Closet team is responsible for assisting clients, organizing inventory, processing intake forms, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
The Village Closet is open on Sundays and Mondays 9:30am-2:30pm, the 1st Tuesday of the month from 4:00-7:30pm and other occasional weekdays during school hours.
Approximately 5-15 hours a week.
Starting wage is $15.50/hour
Relevant Skills:
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly preferred (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole or others).
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Passion for supporting the community & helping others.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
